4. Platform for Transactions and Communication

The Chitralekha Platform is a medium for users to conduct transactions and communicate. Chitralekha does not own any of the products listed and is not involved in the actual sale of items. All commercial/contractual terms such as pricing, delivery, payment, and warranties are agreed upon by buyers and sellers directly. Chitralekha is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.

• Belongs to another person and you do not have the right to use;
• Is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar.
